Frequently Asked Questions or "FAQ"is a list of answers to common questions about the TVET Versatile Database software. Our FAQ will serve as a central reference for locating answers to common questions regading the use of the software.

  • Who are the users of this system?

    This system has only four users: TVET Institutions, TVET Employers, TVET graduates and the Ministry of Education(Kenya) .

  • How do I sign up?

    • 1. The TVET Institutions and Employers can sign up by clicking the reister tab or link
    • 2.The Graduates must be uploaded by their former Institutions before their accounts can be approved by the Ministry

  • Employer Portal

  • How do I sign up as an Employer?

    The TVET Employer can sign up by clicking the Apply Now tab or clicking Regster menu

  • What are the roles of the TVET Employer once loggged in?

    Once succesfully logged in, the TVET Employer can play the following roles:

    • 1.Register company with Ministry
    • 2.View Graduates Employmnet and Education history
    • 3.Post job adverts
    • 4.Short list job applicants
    • 3.Populate system generated CVs for graduates
  • Graduate Portal

  • How do i sign up as a TVET graduate?

    The TVET graduate must wait for the Institution to uplload his academic records and submit to the Ministry before the account approval is done bythe Ministry.

  • What roles can a graduate play once logged in?

    Once succesfully logged in, the TVET Graduate can play the following roles:

    • 1.Chnge account settins
    • 2.View and update academic records
    • 3.View and update Employment records
    • 4.View and apply for job adverts
    • 5.View and communicate with former classmates
